- On chilly days not requiring full central heating the cooker can be operated alone to provide background heat via the hot plates, this is ideally suited to wheelhouse galleys.
- Cooking times reached in under 20 minutes unlike tradition range cookers.
- The cookers can be assembled on the boat if access is a problem.
